Art can be so ambiguous sometimes... -__-

Like tomorrow i'm supposed to hand in these two questions i am supposed to answer of this painting! (Gustave Courbet... The Painter's Studio, some websites call it The Artist's Studio) So i went to do some research la, and i realised different websites got totally different intepretations on the painting (and i somehow got to this website who raved about oh~ the brushstrokes, oh~ the warmth, oh~ the whatever ever, which has little in relation to my questions)

And each website got so different intepretations!

In these situations, the teacher is always correct i guess... -__- best to follow HER intepretations. Ah well.

And how come artists (esp those famous ones) have such SUCH tragic lives! So do some poets! Unfortunate in romance, financial stuffs, commiting suicide all the time, lesbian, gay, crossdresser, blah blah blah. Ah well. All in a day's work. (-__-)
