Long post alert, lol :)

today's the FIRST day of the new year!! HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! though i'm not that happy. =.= where did my holidays go!

2007 was... not a bad year la. i started out like, disliking yj cuz well, obvious reasons. =.= the school sucks, is far from my house, and i didnt really choose to be in there. actually, i still dislike the school. but my friends and all the nice nice ppl here is enough to make my life there at least, bearable.

lol... still rmb first day of sch last year i cant recognise the yj uniform and which direction the school is... and i was just gg to set off in the wrong direction when stephanie approached me and asked whether i'm gg to yj... and i was like 'yeah...' and both of us kp abt how we cant find the way and so we followed a bunch of yjcians cuz she knows one of them. heng ah. after that day i followed random yjcians to and fro from sch for about a week. =.= and because they were random ppl they walk random routes... some longer, some shorter... and it's more difficult for me to learn it. =.=

and i got convinced to stay on in yj after pae? (if i cant get into ny, which's like 90% possibility =.=) bang sai la. but haha, didnt really regret it la. (though the sch sucked) i'm glad i got to know my section mates! and the jae ppl! and someone whose life i turned topsy turvy. :D

pae was fun... hung out w marc and wende a lot. totally diff clique from now... haha. pon lessons a lot too! i love ponning lessons... gives me a sense of satisfaction :) and no, i dont feel guilty. :) i rmb how the whole class (except for kelly and FAT alvin) and maybe some ppl once in a while... would pon cl together!! and i ponned it so much that eventually i cancelled them out on my timetable. :) attended a grand total of arnd 2 or 3 cl lessons. and on fri econs v din dei... so i just skipped them too... 5 hr break! and how kp it is that yj only let us out at 130. despite the looong break.

when O lvl results came... well. i didnt know what to feel. expected it anw... through previous calculations and expectations. what i do know is that i wont be able to make it to ny... or any jcs near my house (other than sr) so i just went back to yj, since i'm familiar w it... and they switched on the aircon cold enough during pae to cheat my feelings. =.= and how marc tried to act sad to persuade wende to stay, (while trying to convince me via sms that he's only trying to get her to stay, not really crying =.=) despite her l1r5 of like 10 or 11... somehow i think it's better for her that she didnt. :) (what a jerk)

JAE... i was looking at all the names on the list to see who's new... i thought xiang cong sounds like a vegetable XD and got new alvin coming in :DD and marpin got no surname. =.= and amelia's the only new girl. (LOL XD) and guanyu pulled me to percussion! i'm so glad i joined it :D i had more fun than i had in netball. :)

first band session, i was so sian, sitting there beside alvin (cuz i only know him ma, no choice =.=) and by second aldy kena scandal le. HAHA XD how he kept trying to shake it off last time... so funny. :D

my first impression of alvina and crystal... quite friendly. :) keep trying to ask me abt my sec sch, cca (handbell then kick out! HAHA) etc etc...and xinyi... a bit dao dao one XD the girl w shiny-studded black shoes sitting by the timpani. and sharir as 'the guy who can do 360 degree stretch w the percussion warmup' HAHA. alvin's EMO! :D

pw was freaking fun (though xin ku sometimes -.-) i got a great group, they're a fun bunch of ppl, and they do their share of the work and dont shy away from it :) crapped a lot during our pw grp sessions... but not without doing work :) and i think we did an alright job during OP though my answer for qa is quite screwed (and wl's answer is v power!) and the WR looks really nice! cuz they got me to draw for them. lucky them. :DD wahahaha....

and... about being promoted :D PROMOTED! (to another year of torturous J2. but nvm =.=) i was like destined to retain la. but... ahaha. :D

my life wasnt turned topsy turvy, it's still as organised as ever!!! :D

ok... i duno what new year's resolution i should put, cuz i'm the type of person who doesnt... commit if i lost passion halfway. =.= look at all those stories/ manga that i drew before but stopped halfway... i nv kept any resolutions before. ah well. so i'll just HOPE that for 2008... i'll have:

1. better results (average is good enough for me. =.=)
2. more money!! (no eating pastamania, pepper lunch or subway regularly like last time! and dont jaywalk in front of 4 policemen! T_T)
3. to be able to keep up with work (no consistent zeroes on the class list beside my name =.=)
4. er. lose weight.

HOPE only ah. hope. =.= i think i may be able to keep up with the more money one. that one's the most possible. one. LALALALA!!!

so... in 2007, i changed quite a lot, in terms of appearance: i grew 2cm taller =.= , got contacts, double pierced earlobes, grew out my hair, rebonded hair, and bought some new clothes that i wldnt have worn a yr ago. i think... i look a lot better. HAHA :D in terms of behaviour... ppl who know me in sec sch should know la. ppl who dont... haha, better off not knowing :) but still as lazy and slack la. and organised. :)

the lowest points in 2007 are mainly the ones where i have to do a lot of work that's due the next day (hint: a 3 letter word, beginning w A and ending in T =.=) or receiving my results and looking at the crap i created, sitting in lessons and not understanding a thing.. ok they're all related to work. =.=

i had a great december hols! feels like it's not enough. =.= hopefully 2008 will be better! though w As... i highly doubt it. :(
